Multi-faceted in his artistic endeavors – musician, illustrator, hair designer- Santa Fe silversmith Buffalo has felt a strong attachment to Native American silverwork for 40 years. He learned the old, traditional techniques of early Navajo smiths and prefers to work in ingot silver, hand forging and finishing his pieces with stamps he’s made himself. When asked about his “labor of love,” he replies “Visions never stop pouring out of my mind. I am thankful when my artistry is appreciated and can be passed to others.”
